One week after the install, you will get a call to ensure your system is still operating to your satisfaction.
The day after the install your account manager will contact you to ensure your system is operating to your satisfaction after you used it overnight.
The lead installer will give you all paperwork, certificates, guarantees, and manuals and collect any payment or signatures.
WORK COMPLETED The installer will go over operation with you and call the Senior Regional Manager to describe work and ensure your satisfaction.
During installation, feel free to speak to the installer or to contact the Senior Regional Manager at any time.
In 6 months we will perform a Seasonal Start Up to ensure it ready for the NEXT season.
