If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your equipment we will make every effort possible to remedy your experience in an attempt to meet or exceed your expectations. If you're still not satisfied within three (3) years of your first invoice and a manufacturer's representative is able to verify that your system isn't performing according to design specifications, then we will remove your equipment and refund 100% of your money. Must register Guarantee Form within 90 days of installation.

We promise that within one year of the original invoice date, if your system does not perform within 1 degree of it's advertised heating or cooling power and a manufacturer's rep confirms the system to not be working properly, we will make unlimited attempts to fix the issue or otherwise repair or replace the system or
parts for free.

If within 90 days after your installation or prior to purchasing from Cyprus Air, you find a lower price (including labor, installation, and any other fees) on an
identical item currently being offered to you by a local competitor who services your desired installation address, Cyprus will beat that price by $200 if you present the official written offer showing all inclusive price to a Cyprus sales associate. An identical item is defined as
the same brand and model number that
is new, factory-sealed, and includes the

2-YEAR NO-LEMON
GUARANTEE
Even with our sky-high quality requirements for parts and equipment, not every manufactured piece of equipment performs 100% flawlessly. We guarantee that in the unlikely event that the indoor coil, outdoor coil, compressor or heat exchanger on our equipment somehow fails within two years of the original invoice date, we will repair or replace any equipment deemed to be a "lemon" free of charge.

You spend too much time and money on your yard and your home to have people stepping on flowers, tracking in dirt, etc. Our technicians are committed to being respectful, careful and clean while on your property and will always use shoe covers, drop cloths, and hall runners while in your home. Furthermore, our technicians will never use foul language, smoke,
drink, or listen to loud music on your property. In the unlikely event that we're responsible for any of the aforementioned disturbances, we promise to provide remedy for any damage.
